Sharon Alexander is the creator of Sweet Sensations, Inc., a boutique bakery southwest of Atlanta in Newnan, GA.

As a fourth generation Californian, friends and family are still in shock (even after ten years!) that she picked up and moved to Georgia when friends called with a request for help.

Opening up a cookie shop was in the thought process on the trek east, but when she saw one right next door to the restaurant she’d be working in that went out the window.

After accumulating a massive number of certificates in the sugar arts, the business was created ten years ago and the shoppe opened in August of 2004.  It has been a constant evolvement since.
