Anna went to Destin, Autumn to Pennsylvania, my family flew in from CA and poor Ana stayed home. She did manage to get in Six Flags and pool time, though.

Ana and her youngest, Valerie at Six Flags…the oldest has been in Columbia all summer.

My mom, dad, brother and one nephew came out. Did the tourist things…Braves game, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium (AMAZING!), The Varsity, Cyclorama, Kennesaw Mtn, Pine Mountain, etc!! The weather was so nice!!! Thought I’d share some highlights….

The Pine Mountain Club Chalet Resort was so relaxing and nice! A lot of family reunions.

Unfortunately, Jenna lost her most precious possession her little elephant on the day they happened to stop by the shoppe. Poor mom was frantic because, as you can imaging, Jenna was distraught and inconsolable!

Thank goodness mom had the forethought to order an extra to have on hand for just such emergencies. Jenna was a little skeptical when mom told her she found the elephant, while she was napping, and had washed him..the reason he was so clean and smelled different. Think she decided mom had suffered enough and went along with it.

Jenna just celebrated her third birthday, so it had to be an elephant cake!

What a showing!!!!  Huge crowd, awesome party.  Sorry for anyone who had to miss it.

The amazingly, beautiful space where the Bridal Bar party was held is the LeeBrant Jewelry store at Perimeter.   Some of us vendors would love them to rent it out for functions! Thank you for your hospitality…everyone is so friendly!

Especially Sweet Sensations!! We had the honor of creating a cake for the Coweta County Fire Department’s rookie graduation. Their logo was on top, then we went to town. As usual, everything is edible on the cake.

Here is a cake for a three year who wants to be one and is having his party at the fire station!

Being from CA, Mindy Weiss has been the number one party planner on the west coast, for sure in my book!  We had the great pleasure of meeting her, this week, at an event at Swoozie’s in Midtown to promote here new line of invitations.  (Had a killer sandwich at Wolfgang Puck Express!!!)

Mindy is even more beautiful and adorable in person!

Such excitement!! Adam Price emailed us asking if we could make a cake that said “marry me?” on it in order to bring his girlfriend, Amanda, in to propose!!!
How could we not!!?? We were soooo honored and excited as we, usually, only get to see the couples after the fact!
Thank goodness Christy Rhea of Digital Memories by Christy was able come in to take photos…I wanted a wedding professional to get the moment! She was just as excited as we were…in fact as I took the cake out front she was tearing up!

Adam is in officer training at Ft. Benning in Columbus, so they drove 80 miles to discuss a cake for some sort of NCO event, is what he told Amanda. She was completely fooled but, she was a little skeptical when we brought out a pink cake.

Adam and Amanda went to high school, together, in North Carolina. According to Adam she’d been FB stalking him after high school and they ended up getting together a year ago for a long anticipated date.

Thank you, Adam, for entrusting us with this very special moment. We had so much fun with you two!!! We wish you the best and a wonderful future together!!! Please keep us posted!
